Included in the Rental: All-inclusive with no surprises!
- Cleaning fees
- Laundering of sheets and towels
- Consumption of gas, fuel, and wood (within seasonal limits)
Supplies Included:
- High-end bedding and percale sheets
- Bath towels + hand towels (1 per person)
- Outdoor towels (1 per person)
- Firewood (within the limit set by the season)
- Toilet paper / cotton pads and cotton buds
- Soaps and shampoo
- Basic condiments
- First aid kit
Check-in & Check-out:
- Check-in from 2:00 PM
- Check-out until 6:00 PM
- Minimum stay of 2 nights
Payment:
- 50% deposit upon booking
- Balance due 14 days before the stay
- 100% refund for cancellations made 1 month before the stay
- 50% refund for cancellations made 14 days before the stay
- Security deposit hold of €900
Main House Rules:
- Pets allowed under condition (+50€).
- Maximum group size of 12 people.
- Parties, events, and stag/hen dos are not allowed.
